Villa Verona is located in the gated quiet residential urbanisation of Santa Maria de Llorell, at a 5min drive from the center of Tossa de Mar.
As this is a private urbanization, access is restricted to inhabitants only, which makes the beach of Cala Llorell less crowded then other beaches on the Costa Brava.

The villa boosts an impressive double pool, with a large private pool on the terrace with a waterfall that falls into a lower undeep second pool, ideal for children!

From street level you drive up the property to the garage, where you can park 2 cars. More cars can be parked in front of the villa.
On the garage floor you’ll find a gym space and a large room with a sofa bed, kitchennete and second fridge. Small toilet.

One floor up you reach the main floor where you’ll find the living room with Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen have air conditioning.
Through sliding doors you have direct access to the exterior terrace with covered exterior dining table for 12 persons and a cozy chill out area.
Enjoy the large garden with grass and sun loungers, ideal for families with children!

From the terrace you reach the private swimming pool, which consists of a large pool and a waterfall that falls down into a second small pool on lower level. This second pool is undeep and ideal for small children to splash around.
On this ground floor you’ll find one double bedroom and one bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find the remaining four bedrooms, all with direct access to the balcony.
Another two bathrooms (both with bath tub).

All bedrooms have fans.

The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Llorell is a 5min drive and has water activities, beach club and ice cream parlor.
