It enjoys a splendid view of the Marche countryside, embellished by a garden that surrounds it and a swimming pool that will refresh you on hot summer days.
In the outdoor area there are two porches, one close to the house, for eating outdoors, with table and chairs, enjoying the splendid view, and the other by the pool.
In the cottage there is air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter.
The entrance on the ground floor overlooks the large living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, as well as a spacious kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven. Also on the ground floor is another small living room with TV, sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
On the first floor, however, there is a shared bathroom with two double bedrooms and a master room with en-suite bathroom.
An ideal place to spend your holiday in the Marche region.
