It is nestled in a traditional, family-friendly Portuguese building on a busy commercial street lined with beautiful trees blooming many purple flowers in spring. The apartment offers street-side views with windows that let in natural sunlight and is within a 6 minutes walking distance of Praca do Quebedo train station, which connects to the Sado line and can take you to Pinhal Novo, where the Lisbon - Setubal train line is stationed.
Inside, a stylish and homely living room greets you, with its comfortable sitting that's perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city and watching all your favourite shows on the TV. There's also a family-style dining table to enjoy meals after whipping them up in the fully-equipped kitchen. A washing machine can also be found here, alongside a small private balcony lined with astroturf, and it comes with a small table and chairs for you to unwind and savour a cup of coffee.
Two bedrooms are fitted with a double bed each and a set of drawers — another room has a pair of twins and another with one bed and a crib. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.
There's also a dedicated office space with a work desk and chair.
There's a complete bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including towels and complimentary toiletries. There are two bathrooms with only a shower each.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Setubal, a charming coastal city on Portugal's Setubal Peninsula, offers a delightful mix of natural beauty and historical charm. Setubal boasts pristine beaches like Galapinhos and Portinho da Arrábida, popular with sun-seekers and nature enthusiasts, perfect for relaxation and scenic walks. The city's old town enchants visitors with its narrow streets, traditional shops, and the iconic Convento de Jesus. Wine lovers can indulge in the region's renowned Moscatel de Setubal wines, while outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park through hiking and other activities. Spring and autumn are the best times to visit when the weather is pleasant and the tourist crowds are smaller. Setubal is conveniently located just a 50-minute drive or a 30-minute train ride from Lisbon, making it an ideal day trip or a short getaway from the capital city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
- Praca do Quebedo is just 2 minutes way and down the street towards the park.
- The marina area is 10 minutes by foot.
- Lisbon is 48.5km away from Setubal: 45 minutes by car, or 1 hour and 30 minutes by train.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
