Enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, BBQ and hot tub (hot tub supplement - 300 pounds sterling - please arrange this directly with the owner if wish to use it). Ample off-road parking. The hot tub will not reach full temperature on the first night of the stay. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, additional dogs welcome at an extra charge at £50 per dog (please arrange directly with the owner), but sorry, no smoking.
