The house is located on a really quiet residential street, with the only passing traffic either residents or families on foot heading to the park. You’ll enter the property using a lockbox with keys, which makes check-in and check-out a breeze.
The house is spread out on three floors: there’s a fully-equipped kitchen (with all the utensils you’d expect to find, and even a spice rack), three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a back garden. The bedrooms have a mix of single and double beds, but all will be made up with hotel-quality linens for you – we also provide fresh towels and toiletries.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
