Just 1 km from Tamariu beach, Villa Colibri is a fabulous property developed on two floor with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accomodate up 8 person with a pleasant view on the surrounding.

The outdoor spaces host a private garden with a fantastic olive tree, the swimming pool 10x4 meters, with a large terrace of 70mq, sunbeds for relaxing and umbrellas.
Complete the outside spaces a dining area with table and chairs , covered by a pergola is the ideal place where to spend convivial moments with friends and the family. Just few step and we are inside, all the house is really bright, thanks its orientation towards the South,there is the the living room, with big glass windows to admire the outside, cosy sofa, the flat TV in the same space the dining area with table and chairs and the opn kitchen, fully equipped with a large island and highchairs, perfect to prepare delicious meals, there is a direct access to the external terrace.

Villa Colibri offers 4 bedrooms, furnished with taste and vivid colors, one Suite with a double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, another room has two singe beds. The rooms on the first floor has a private panoramic balcony, the ones on groundfloor an external terrace.

The guest will appreciate the air conditioning in all the house, wi fi connection, DVD player and the parking.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
Pet not allowed
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
