The property is very well equipped with a range of facilities on offer including a living area
with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa which can be turned into an occasional sofa
bed for a child by special request, along with an open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area
with an electric fire, large Panasonic flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD and Radio, a
dining table that seats 4, along with a fully functioning kitchen including a gas hob, under
counter fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, oven, grill, and microwave, two bedrooms
one with an en-suite shower room with an additional hallway door which is lockable from the
inside and a separate W.C and wash hand basin.
All bed linen is provided but please be sure to bring along your towels, bathrobes for
the pool, beach towels, and tea towels.
Basic kitchen essentials are supplied to include, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll x 1 and
washing-up liquid.
Outside on the decked area, you can enjoy al-fresco dining, perfect for an evening meal
drink and daytime sunbathing or take a short stroll across the way to the beautiful
Pevensey Bay beach with its far-reaching views across The English Channel.
The parks facilities include a superb indoor swimming pool, gym, laundry, and large
clubhouse bar and restaurant which enjoys evening entertainment and serves hot and cold
food and the bustling seaside village of Pevensey Bay is just a 10-minute walk away.
The Eastbourne Marina development and Crumble's retail park is also close by offering a
great variety of shops, bars, restaurants and of course the picturesque harbour itself.

Please note there is a Deposit Of £100.00 on booking and there is a refundable damage
deposit of £100.00. to be added to the Total Price.


There is an extra charge of £20.00 for the loss of any Keys.

Abi have been around for many years and produce some lovely models with the Trieste being another fantastic addition. This lovely unit comes complete with double glazing, Central heating with winter insulation. It has had an added dishwasher fitted which looks lovely and fits very snug in the side unit. Each bedroom consists of lovely décor and high fixtures and fittings with plenty of storage available. A large spacious shower cubicle and separate toilet which many 3 bedroom models don't usually have. Please note our Caravan has only Two Bedrooms and one Pull out bed and there is not a dishwasher in the lounge ours have a cupboard and music centre instead.
