There’s a large shower room, modern and full featured with fabulous walk in shower.

RELAXING
Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofas and watch your favorite movie on the 40"” Flat screen Smart TV coupled with high speed broadband and Amazon Fire-stick.

If you need to focus on work for a bit you'll also find a useful workstation in the living room.

Family meal time will be a pleasure here in the dining area with plenty of seating.

Other things to note
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Please be aware that the property is not suitable for infants and small children due to the amount of stairs to the property and the building policy regarding obstructions in communal area

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
