Apartment Olivia is a delightful Umbria holiday home situated within easy walking distance of the village of Paciano. It is perfect for a family or for adults travelling together. Outside, guests enjoy use of a communal pool (6 x 12 metres) and are welcome to make the most of the grounds of this 2.5 acre estate.



The Space:

As guests enter this Umbria holiday home, they will find themselves in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is small but should have everything that guests need. There is a comfortable sofa and a small wooden dining table seating up to four.



Moving through this Umbria holiday home, guests will find two spacious bedrooms. Both are extremely tastefully furnished. One has a double bedroom whilst the other has two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with shower.



Outside, the apartment has a private terrace furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a parasol to provide shade. Guests are also welcome to use the communal pool. Loungers are arranged around the pool so that you can enjoy plenty of hours lazing in the Umbrian sunshine.

This Umbria holiday home is perfectly placed for exploring not just Umbria but also Tuscany. It's 1.5 hours drive from Florence and just 2 hours from Rome. It's also within easy reach of Tuscan cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona and Montepulciano. It's also a short drive to ancient hilltop towns in Umbria such as Citta della Pieve and Chiusi.



This Umbria holiday home is one of four apartments situated on a 2.5 acre estate filled with olive groves and fruit trees. As an extra bonus, it's an easy walk from the charming village of Paciano which boasts a number of superb restaurants along with cafes and a village shop.
