About this space
Bright and Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment spread over two floors - right in the heart of Queen's Quarter.
Completely refurbished, offering lots of space, and providing top amenities, you are sure to feel right at home.
A short walk in one direction takes you to Queen's Uni and the beautiful Botanic Gardens and an even quicker walk in the other takes you to the heart of the bustling Lisburn Road with its cafes, shops, restaurants and bars.
City centre is just a walk or quick bus trip away.
The space
APARTMENT
The apartment is laid out over two floors.
As you enter the apartment you will find one double bedroom and the main bathroom with shower.
Up a couple of steps and you will see the large fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, kitchen bar, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and all other usual amenities. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room with lounge seating for 6 and a large dining table that fits 6. We want our guests to be comfortable and have the ability to enjoy meals and social time together. In the living room you will also find a large smart TV in case you fancy a cosy night in.
Up the next flight of stairs you will find the additional two double bedrooms and bathroom complete with shower and bath.
Two of the bedrooms are complete with desk and chair in case you need some peace and quiet to work or study.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in a quiet residential area of Queens Quarter in south Belfast but benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue/Malone Road.
It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the meandering walk.
If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic.
We are located a 6 minute walk from Queens University and a 10 minute walk from the City Hospital.
Botanic Gardens is a stunning park for an early morning run, an evening stroll or a summer's evening picnic and is only a 4 minute walk away from the apartment.
It really is in the perfect location, no matter your reason for visiting.
CONVENIENCE
For your convenience, entry is via lock box located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free on street parking is available and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole apartment.
Other things to note
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay WITHOUT refund.
NO STAG OR HEN GROUPS
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
