Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building of the '900, served by an elevator, the apartment is spread over a single level and is furnished with quality materials and elements, which give the environment a unique style.The entrance, through a hallway, opens onto the living area, an elegant and large space which comes with a sofa, armchairs, a TV, a piano and the dining room, communicating through an ancient portal, furnished with antiques, table and chairs. An additional room boasts the kitchen, complete with dining table, chairs, and a small living area with TV cabinet and equipped with the main amenities, including oven, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.The four bedrooms, equipped with balcony, are large and spacious, air-conditioned, furnished with queen-size bed, closets and antique furniture.
