Easily accessible from the M6 motorway located between Kendal and Carnforth, the cottage is located in the small hamlet of Ackenthwaite only 5 minutes drive from the medieval market town of Milnthorpe. Levens Hall and Gardens are equidistant in the other direction, famous for the world’s oldest topiary gardens and a wonderful café, very popular with locals, serving delicious home cooked food.

Situated at the southern end of the Lake District within 30 minutes drive of popular towns and villages such as Windermere and Ambleside.
