Our luxury family home is perfect for families in beautiful central London.
Spread out and enjoy the space in our 4 bedroom home - a stunning conversion of a former Victorian shop that has been renovated to include luxury fittings throughout. The ceilings and original features lend the property a palatial feel - enhanced by a mix of antique and modern furniture
All rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable, with only high thread count linens and bedding and top of the range matrasses.
The open-plan living room features an Italian leather sofa - with an enormous south facing window (which can be obscured using smart glass technology). A 76 inch TV and surround system makes it perfect for movies on the sofa.
A solid marble kitchen with island form the centrepiece of our stunning kitchen - will all Smeg products throughout. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our bean-to-cup machine
Dining is at a large glass and driftwood table - to seat 8 comfortably - while we also have a breakfast bar for snacking. The dining area look out over the private garden with a Juliet balcony so you can hear the birds singing while you enjoy your breakfast.
The house and private garden is located in a charming neighbourhood close to lots of exciting London treasures.
- 15 mins walk to Notting Hill and the incredible Portobello Road Market
- 15 mins walk to Paddington station offering fast links to Heathrow Airport and the Elizabeth tube line.
- 10 mins walk to vibrant Little Venice offering canal side walks, dining and nightlife.
The property is in a quiet residential street with plenty of local shops and cafes available on the Harrow Road.

*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide luxury toiletries for the duration of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified via an noise alert system and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
*Usage of garden is until 2130 - the garden is monitored via a CCTV system to ensure safety of the property from access via the garden
