Fully renovated in 2023, our bright and comfortable Santorini apartment is just 100m from the beach and the town center. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, making it ideal for families or groups.

Relax in the beautiful outdoor area with a private terrace and balcony, enjoy the heated jacuzzi, dine in the outdoor dining area, or fire up the BBQ for unforgettable evenings under the Cycladic sky.

For extra convenience, we provide a free small manual car that fits up to 5 people, as well as airport or port transfers upon request. Need something larger or automatic? Car upgrades are available for a small fee.

This was a perfect location in Perissa: a short walk to the beach and close to a market and restaurants. The 3 bedroom itself was clean, comfortable, and well set-up to enjoy meals, to watch a movie, and to lounge round. It would have been wonderful to have stayed even longer. The free rental car makes the entire island accessible, and there are so many nearby places to take in the sunset.

Excellent property

Wonderful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom place near Perissa Beach. The rental cars makes everything so much more convenient. Great location and pristine condition. We loved it!

Lovely and comfortable home in charming seaside village

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 4. Location was perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops and cafes. Dave the property manager was AMAZING! Answered all our questions and shared so much valuable knowledge. Perissa is a charming seaside village. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this home.

Two blocks to Santorini black sand beaches

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries, beach. Short drive to Fira and Oia using free car rental that came with unit. Dave was very nice to help with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our drivers to/from airport were incredibly nice as well, about 50 euros for family of five to/from airport with luggage.

Very nice place to stay.

The property is located a short walk from the beach. Close to a small market and great bakery. We shared the place with another couple who we were travelling with. There was plenty of space. Includes wifi and smart tv with Netflix access.

Our stay at Rosie

Property more than big enough for all of us , very comfy . Sofa could do with some extra back cushions as very deep. Typical greek dry and dusty so be prepaired to clean outside area regularly. Food market just feet away so water and nibbles always to hand. 24hr bakery just across the car park , very nice. Hire car was great just 15 euro a day for full insurance. Held 5 adults very easily. Great hosts , very chilled, always on hand if you needed anything or information. Beach just 2 min walk . Very affordable resort compared to the rest of the island. . Lots to do. A visit to Francos cafe for the sunset a must in pyrgos, it a real gem and very afordable . No madness fighting the crowds like the other tourist traps. . All in all no complaints.

Great location near the beach, bakeries and restaurants

Close walking distance to beach, bakeries, amd restaurants. Area was not overly crowded, people are friendly, communications with property management was great. We needed a new tea kettle, I sent a message and they arrived in 10 minutes with a new one! Coordinated rides to and from the airport and our rental car.

Beautiful place

Loved the location of this place. Stayed with my sister and 2 daughters. We had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms with great accommodations. Check in process was easy and very convenient. Transport was set up easily with the host.

Great Stay at Perissa Beach

We had a good stay at Perissa Beach. The rental was clean, had cold A/C and was a great fit for our family of 5. It was a short walk to the beach and the restaurants along the beach. Rental car was great for helping us to explore the island. Roussetos set up our transfer from the ferry port. It worked out great, they brought us to the car rental and then took us up to the rental. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Beach towels would be a nice addition. Roussetos was good about responding to any questions that we had during our trip.

Good value in Perissa, Santorini

Stayed in August. Nicely sized apartment for parents and 2-3 children/guests. Shower drains are very slow. Air conditioning is good. Convenient and very inexpensive rental car with automatic transmission. Manual transmission is free with minor charge for insurance. A 5-minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. Grocery stores are very small and limited, but close by. View from apartment is a parking lot and adjoining apartments as nicely kept as this property. A 35-minute drive to Oia; 20-minutes to Fira. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries in person or through WhatsApp.

Tasos was an amazing host. We had 7 people in our group (4 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler), and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Tasos sorted out our airport pickups and drop offs and he was available any time we needed him throughout our stay. The apartment is newly refurbished to a great standard. I was impressed that there were even USB/USBC sockets in the bedrooms which meant we didn't need plug converters for our phones. The kitchen is well equipped and some basic food items were provided. Tasos kindly got us some cereal and milk that I requested for my children prior to our arrival. There was a free rental car included which was helpful for getting groceries and for drives around the island. The location was ideal for us, just a short walk to Perissa beach, countless restaurants and a bakery. Perissa is a nice quiet area with a beautiful black sand beach. There is a mountain about 10 minutes walk away that you can climb for stunning views. Also it is only about 20 minutes drive to the popular towns of Thira and Oia on the western side of the island. We asked Tasos if there was a pool nearby that we could use during our stay. He told us we were welcome to use the pool at a nearby hotel owned by his family. The two women working there were very hospitable and offered us refreshments. They even invited us to come over the next day for a beautiful breakfast by the pool. We highly recommend staying at this apartment and would love to come back!
