Welcome to this spacious and elegantly designed 4 bedroom cottage, the epitome of coastal chic with comfortable furnishings and well thought out amenities. Sleeping 8 to 10 people comfortably, with three separate social spaces, there is parking for 3 cars on the private driveway.

Set in the much sought after coastal location of Constantine Bay, it's just a 5-10 minute stroll to probably one of the most beautiful surfing beaches in Cornwall, with its breath-taking views of the ocean and rugged natural landscapes.
Trevose Golf and Country Club is on your doorstep, The Pig at Harlyn is a 15 minute walk and many other dining out treats are an easy drive away.

Ground Floor
Open plan living on the ground floor boasts a cosy fireplace, plush sofas and large windows letting in the amazing Cornish light. The social gourmet kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped with all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals for family and friends – on warm days throw open the large patio doors and let the outside in.
Two comfortable bedrooms can be found on this level with a shared bathroom and shower - a large double zip/link bedroom and a double bunk room, great for holiday sleepovers.

First Floor
On the first floor you'll find 2 spacious, ensuite, double zip/link bedrooms, including the master bedroom with patio doors to a balcony - perfect for early morning coffee or evening sundowners.
After a full-on day in the surf, relax in the fabulous second sitting room, complete with a large smart TV, Sonos soundbar and ample squishy sofas.

Second Floor
The kids will love escaping to the attic room for a game of pool or to laze on the bean bags and sofa, overlooking the garden.

Outside
Step through the patio doors into a sunny garden providing space to unwind after a busy day. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy alfresco BBQ dining, or have a game of ping pong. Wash off sandy toes and paws using the outside shower.
