The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven and a kettle.
There are two bedrooms, and both contain a plush king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The property includes private parking with an associated fee, indicated by an information sign near the property.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

Pankhurst Avenue is conveniently located near Brighton and London Road stations, so exploring the city is easy and hassle-free. You can find a range of cafes, takeaways, restaurants and bars for food. Try out Bill's Brighton Restaurant for fantastic food, or have a delicious Indian meal at The Chilli Pickle. There's also the classic Harry Ramsden's and the popular Food for Friends and Las Iguanas - Brighton for a great night out.

The nearest train station, Brighton (lines: Gatwick Express, Southern, Thameslink), is just a 25-minutes walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
