Monksholm House

The stunning Monksholm House is situated only a few minutes drive outside of St Andrews, between the villages of Kincaple and Strathkinness.

The spacious driveway is capable of easily accommodating multiple vehicles from several households.

Entrance to the property is via the boot room at the north side of the property, which leads onto the open plan and fully equipped living room/kitchen. The kitchen contains two dishwashers, and a dining table that can comfortably seat 10, whilst the living room seating centres around the log burner. There is a WC on this floor.

Stairs lead up from a smaller and more intimate seating area to the first and second floors, with three bedrooms on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the second, and four bathrooms.
The beds in four of the bedrooms can be set up as either two singles (twins) or a super king, depending upon your preferences.

The back garden contains a second dining table for those looking to make the most of the weather, while a standalone games room with pool table, putting green and dartboard offers entertainment for both adults and children alike.

Ideal for groups of golfers and family gatherings. Short Stay St Andrews also manage The Neuk which sleeps 3; these properties can be booked together to host up to 13 guests.

Pet Policy

Monksholm House is pet friendly, and we’re delighted to welcome you and your furry friends for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guests can bring a maximum of 2 dogs on their holiday.

Please note that while the property has a garden, it is not an enclosed or secure space, and pets must be kept on a lead at all times.

To help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the bags provided and in the bins located on the property.

Important: If dog waste is not properly disposed of and a member of our team is required to clean it up, a £50 service charge will apply.
