Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Come and enjoy the amazing sunsets from this luxury home on Herne Bay seafront.
We offer the very highest of standards and the quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels, self check-in and 24/7 Guest support.
The space
This modern luxury cottage on two levels has the most amazing sunrise and sunset views of Herne Bay seafront. With Juliet balcony coming off both bedrooms you can see the beachside and watch the water sports. It’s beautiful Pier with funfair and craft stall beach huts and famous clocktower and bandstand with events happening through the summer, and the harbour and all attractions bars and restaurants, shops, mini golf arcades, ice cream parlors are all on your doorstep!
You arrive at the property and enter through remote controlled gates to your own secure parking. Sunset cottage has its own private front door next to the electric gates where you entered. The key safe is at the side of the front door
This property holds a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The sofa in the living area turns into a comfortable double bed, you will also find a TV with sky as well as a large dining table in this open space. The kitchen will also be equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
One bedroom contains a lovely double bed with also a balcony that look onto the seafront, the second bedroom contains two single beds also with a balcony.
The bathroom has a large bath to sit and relax in after a busy day at the seaside! As well as a toilet and a sink.

This property is solely for the use of our guests.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests
Our home is perfectly equipped for family holidays by the sea! And we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you soon.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
