City Art Villa is freshly constructed in 2023, and is a remarkable villa for rent that blends relaxation and comfort in the great location of an only 5-minute drive away from Rhodes city, near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest. City Art Villa is a brand-new villa, that has 3 incredible fully airconditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms both with double beds. Also, there is a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and sea view that has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The decor of the bedrooms appears to be a tasteful blend of modern and artistic design. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with a comfortable seating area. In addition, there’s a unique living area in earthly color tones that will immediately give you peace. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV in the living room. Outdoors, you will find the refreshing private swimming pool and its sunbeds. The surrounding is quite tranquil and welcoming. Guests will find the BBQ facility and a stone-built seating area to relax and enjoy a family or friends gathering.
The villa is situated in the outskirts of Rhodes city, visitors will find center of Rhodes in a short drive of 5 minutes. Visitors can find whatever they please such as super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and car rentals in a short distance of about 5-minute drive. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Also, visitors should explore the east coast of the island and find the most idyllic beaches. For example, Thermes Kallithea is only a 7-minute drive away and Faliraki beach is only a 15-minute drive away. You should not miss seeing the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of less than a 10-minute drive away from the villa. The island’s airport is found in the distance of a 25-minute drive. The villa is also just a 50-minute drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most impressive archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most stunning beaches.
