Beautiful, spacious, villa with three kingsized bedrooms which sleep up to six, in a secure gated community. Mojito villa offers the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends and enjoy what island life has to offer.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms And plenty of storage space. Large living room and kitchen, covered terrace, two balcony’s, a private pool, all with ocean views. Housekeeping included.
Sugar hill has tennis courts, two communal pools, a gym and an excellent restaurant overlooking the ocean to which guests have full use of all the amenities, including
access to the Fairmont Royal Pavillion Beach Club hotel with sun beds, parasols, showers, changing facilities, beach bar and non motorised water sports such as kayaks, paddle boards and hobbies Kat’s.
It is a short ride to Holetown which has plenty of shops, including a supermarket and top restaurants.
Situated on the west of the Island it gives a great opportunity to explore the island and to enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Bajan Rest and Relaxation

Six of us, three couples, spent an idyllic two weeks at Mojito Villa. The living spaces of the villa were attractively appointed, comfortable, and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms served us well; patio spaces were abundant. The two upstairs suites had private adjoining patios, and the downstairs bedroom's French doors opened onto the outdoor dining area. Chaise lounges, rattan chairs, and an umbrella provided flexible and comfortable seating. We thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool. Air conditioning and the pool provided options for cooling off quickly when the need arose. This was our first time in Barbados, and we found the warm breezes delightful. Sugar Hill's pools, grounds, exercise rooms, and facilities in general were top notch. We had some lovely meals at The Deck. The waitstaff, gardeners, and security were welcoming and attentive, and did their best to make our stay optimal. We appreciated access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion with its long and beautiful beaches and tasty food and drink. The information and recommendations provided on points of interest in Barbados were most helpful to these first time visitors to the island. I would be negligent if I didn't mention the positive impact of Millessa, the housekeeper, on our stay. Her unobtrusive presence, suggestions, and sense of humor were much appreciated. She worked hard to keep the villa sparkling, towels fresh, and these guests happy.

A fantastic villa in a fantastic place

The property is was even better than we had expected - the photo's don't do it justice. The owners had been extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, including arranging a taxi from the airport, sorting out car hire and getting in a food shop for our arrival. The villa was spotless and is kept that way by the excellent Milessa and had all of the utilities to make it feel like a home. Sugar Hill is a lovely spot, with superb swimming pools and friendly staff. The location is ideal for exploring the island and enjoying the amazing beaches. We would certainly recommend Villa Mojito and definitely return.

Paradise!!

Mojito Villa is the most fantastic place to stay. Every part of the villa is very well appointed, tasteful and spotless. It is in a great position and close to both of the main pools and the clubhouse (which serves reasonable priced snacks, meals and drinks). The lush vegetation and lawns surrounding the villa give a tropical, relaxing, holiday sensation from the moment that you arrive. It is easy to feel at home as every whim is catered for, whether it be a book, a tennis racquet or a cool bag - it's all there for your use. The housekeeper is friendly, efficient and helpful for local knowledge. The beach club is a great asset as you have a bar for drinks or lunch and changing facilities on hand. It is close to a safe swimming area. I cannot recommend Mojito villa enough, it is truly paradise - I hope to return soon...

Beautiful, clean, great location and amenities.

This was our second time staying at the lovely Mojito Villa. Spacious, great layout, with beautiful views of the ocean, fantastic amenities on the property (tennis courts, pools, fitness facility, restaurant) and within walking distance of the beach. The onsite property manager and housekeeper were very accessible and attentive and made sure we had a great stay. Onsite security on the Sugar Hill property was also a plus. My family and I would highly recommend Sugar Hill!

Fab luxury villa perfectly located in paradise

Fabulous location at Sugar Hill with great onsite facilities on the doorstep. The villa is luxurious with three generous sized double rooms, all with en-suites. The master is wonderful with amazing views across sugar hill and the ocean. Decor is immaculate with very comfortable furnishings. Maid services and cleanliness gets full marks. We spent most of our time on the terrace, enjoying the sun and cooling off in the plunge pool. Flying fish cooked on the BBQ are a must. We got expert at making pina coladas which were perfect sundowners. The onsite pool is a 2 minute walk and offers wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers. We spent many a happy afternoon here. Mojito is the perfect location to explore the delights that Barbados has to offer. Beautiful beaches, of which you are spoilt for choice, are reached in less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Holetown. Surf side being a favourite. Overall a beautiful location and property to spend a memorable holiday in Barbados. We are very much looking forward to our next visit later in the year.

Fantastic location, villa and sunsets

As the title says, fantastic. A great location with amazing view, especially at Sunset (best view is from upstairs). The villa was excellent, very spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything you would need (including fast wifi). The layout is well suited for the weather and we sometime had an entire day from breakfast to dinner (on the BBQ) outside, with a few dips in the pool. Highly recommend Mojito and going back in 2017!

Location,Location,Location

Fantastic location to explore the island. Very peaceful, great on site facilities a real home from home. The villa is beautiful, relaxing, well presented and has all the creature comforts of home with great maid service. Love the local beaches and bars especially Santi Beach Bar during the day, Drifts Cocktails in the evening and Hole Town for shopping. A must day out is a Catamaran Cruise and snorkelling ( We went with Cool Runnings), great way to see the island, superb food/drink and swimming with the turtles. Lovely Villa surrounded by beautiful grounds

Mojito was well equipped for all our family needs, with immaculate gardens and easy access to all the Beach club facilities. The villa is located within easy reach of fantastic beaches including the famous Sandy Lane area. The Housekeeper was fantastic and helped make our stay one that will never be forgotten. The accommodation itself was luxurious with ample space for 6 people - an added benefit of having several sun loungers, BBQ, a splash pool and an outdoor dining area. There are local shops, restaurants and bars only a short drive away which made Mojito a perfect base to explore Barbados' treasures! We hope to return again in the not so distant future...

Well appointed and maintained luxurious villa

This is the fourth time I've stayed at Mojito Villa and I had a great holiday. The property is really well maintained and luxurious with good quality linen and lovely furniture. The villa oozes tranquility and calm. Sugar Hill is a lovely resort with plenty of tennis courts, a gym and a choice of two glorious swimming pools. The restaurant is also great. My favourite thing to do however is sit on the terrace, rum punch in hand watching the sunset ...bliss, I will be back!

Heaven on earth

A well presented property in a beautiful location. Everything was truly 5 star. The club facilities such as the restaurant, bar and swimming pools were fabulous. Real quality without ever being overcrowded. This was our second visit, and hopefully will not be our last.

Spacious and airy with full wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas to choose from. The perfect place to relax and enjoy our private pool and sea views and sipping cocktails whilst enjoying the magnificent sunsets.
The villa is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and devices so you can prepare meals if required. Housekeeping is supplied twice a week for your convenience.
Situated inside the sugar hill resort you will benefit from 24 hour security, private parking, flood lit tennis courts, acres of manicured grounds, two communal pools, a fitness centre, restaurant, shop and concierge. Your stay also includes a beach club pass to The Royal Fairmont Pavilion Beach club.
