It's on a peaceful, friendly road with it's own driveway for private off road parking and plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Step into a welcoming hallway, hang up your coat, kick off your shoes and relax in the comfy modern living room. Stream your favourite show on the large smart TV with free Netflix and ultra fast free WiFi.

The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, and a dining area with dining table and seats. The Dining area leads onto a private and secure patio and garden area. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with bath / shower to freshen up.

The house can sleep up to 7 guests. It offers two stylish generous size bedrooms for a good nights rest. Both bedrooms, have a king & super-king bed that can both be split into two singles on request. The living room offers a comfy double sofa bed for 5th / 6th guest. Plus a small study has a single pull-out bed for a 7th guest.

There's a good size private patio / garden at the rear of the house to enjoy.

You're near to Capitol Centre retail and entertainment park, Preston Docklands & Marina, as well as the main shopping area (3 shopping centres), bars, restaurants, eateries, attractions. Other nearby establishments include the University, BAE, Hospital and Budweiser brewery. Also ideal for adventures across the North West such as Blackpool & Lytham, the Lake district Manchester or Liverpool.
