Villa Loulou is a modern 4 bedroom villa with striking views across the sea and over to the mainland. Beautifully finished throughout, you’ll find a fabulous infinity pool and spacious terrace plus elegant interiors with contemporary furnishings. Set in the small resort of Nikiana, there is a good choice of restaurants, cafes, and the gorgeous beaches of Episkopos and Nikiana only a short walk away from the villa. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Loulou’s slightly elevated position allows for stunning views across to the mainland. Set just off the main road in the resort of Nikiana, you’ll find the small Episkopos Beach plus a private beach club located at the bottom of the hill. Nikiana Beach, the marina and a good choice of restaurants and mini markets can be found just within 10 minutes' walk. Further afield, Lefkada Town and the popular resort of Nidri are both within a 15 minute drive, with a greater choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

Main pool: 8.4 x 3.1 mtr, 1.4 - 1.5 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
