This charming 2 bedroom villa has a traditional Spanish feel throughout, creating a perfect relaxing escape. What's more, the sweeping beach of Puerto Pollensa with stylish seafront bistros and a chic marina is less than 10 minutes' drive away. Pollensa Old Town is a little further in the opposite direction with cobbled streets lined with tapas restaurants, bars and boutiques. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Tolo is a detached property situated in an ideal spot, surrounded by the Pollensa countryside. If you’re in need of a change of pace, head to Puerto Pollensa, just a short drive away. Here you will find a chic marina, seafront bistros and trendy bars. There’s also the magnificent crescent shaped bay with sandy beaches and water sports. 15 minutes’ drive in the opposite direction is the authentic Pollensa Old Town with a fabulous selection of traditional tapas, local wines and boutique shops.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
