Situated in Deganwy between Llandudno and Conwy, Walton is a house built on the side of a hill near River Conwy, with easy access to local amenities, including pubs, shops and a convenience store located at a walking distance. Additionally, the Wales Coast Path passes right in front of the house, allowing visitors to explore the entire coastline of Wales on foot or by bike. Llandudno, a popular resort town, is just a 5-minute drive away, boasting several shops, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. Another nearby attraction is the historic town of Conwy, featuring a walled town and a small harbour. Moreover, visitors can spot numerous wading birds at the Conwy RSPB Centre or enjoy a movie at the Cineworld multiplex cinema, both of which are located nearby.
