This place is amazing - probably one of the most beautiful places we've stayed

This place is amazing - probably one of the most beautiful places we've stayed. The view from the covered back terrace looks like "it should be printed on a puzzle," as my daughter said. The historic center of Alcudia is about a 15-minute walk away, and several beaches are within walking distance, including the one there at the house.

We absolutely loved staying at Cas Siulet

We absolutely loved staying at Cas Siulet.. The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 adult children for the week we spent in Mallorca. The view was spectacular. We swam in the bay in front. Very close to old town Alcudia for restaurants or shopping. The house was well equipped and clean. We would definitely recommend staying there.

The hosts prepared our stay with such care, all essentials were there (including all the baby stuff), super clean, great communication, and the view is unmatched. Just the prefect stay overall. Beautiful villa with amazing view! Well equipped! Close to restaurants and cafes.

Absolutely beautiful villa. I could have sat on the lanai all day enjoying the view. It had everything! The hosts had water, muffins, chocolates and a bottle of wine for us. A short walk to old town. Close to many nice restaurants and cafes. The villa had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfy. 2 bathrooms. We spent very little time inside as we had such a beautiful outside living area. The shower head on one of the bathrooms was broken. We just all used the one walk in shower.

We absolutely loved the house

We absolutely loved the house. It was precisely what we needed after a week of cycling. The view was breathtaking. The house was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials. There’s a charming British pub just two doors down, and we dined there several evenings. The food was fantastic. We tried it for breakfast one morning, but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. We arrived in Alcudia a bit earlier than anticipated, and Joan kindly allowed us to check in early. The surrounding area is incredibly tranquil and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing sea views

The perfect place to relax, away from the hustle and stress of everyday life. The panoramic sea views are breathtaking and makes you feel as if you are in your own private paradise. Joan and Esteve helped us in everything.

Wonderful location with great view from the terrace

Wonderful location with great view from the terrace. Amazing house and in walking distance to Alcúdia old town an some wonderful beaches. Excellent and fast service. Fresh Fruits and Snacks in Welcome-basket. Early check-in was possible for us, which was great traveling with a infant. The kitchen is nice but not very well equipped for big cooking sessions for family. In may it was a bit windy some days at the seaside but there is the second terrace and little garden in the front to hide from the wind and still enjoy the sun.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa in Alcúdia mit direktem Blick auf den Strand und einer wunderschönen Terrasse, auf der man perfekt entspannen konnte. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren einfach unschlagbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – es standen bereits Wasserflaschen und kleine Süßigkeiten für uns bereit, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Auch Kaffeekapseln waren ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir entspannt in den Urlaub starten konnten. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft, in der wir wunderbar abschalten und uns bestens erholen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten noch nie eine Unterkunft mit so unglaublicher Lage! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar, Alcúdia ist zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar und ein beschauliches Städchen mit Läden, Restaurants und Altstadt. Verachiedene Sandstrände kann man mit einer kleinen Küstenwanderung erlaufen. Und die Bar am Meer mixt wunderbare Cocktails - auf Nachfrage auch für die eigene Terrasse :D

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De woning was geweldig op een mooie locatie. Alles was schoon en opgeruimd, goede bedden en meer dan voldoende ruimte. Communicatie verliep erg goed en er werd altijd erg snel gereageerd. Leuke activiteiten in de omgeving en goede restaurants. Zeker een aanrader!!!!

La casa realmente estuvo muy buena

La casa realmente estuvo muy buena. Está muy bien equipada, cómoda y cuidada, y la ubicación nos resultó muy conveniente para movernos por la zona. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece muchísimo. La casa tiene una galería muy linda y una vista realmente agradable, ideal para disfrutar y relajarse. Hay una pequeña playa cerca, aunque para nosotros no era una playa como para pasar el día o elegir el alojamiento específicamente por eso. Las playas más lindas están aproximadamente a 15–20 minutos en auto, lo cual tampoco fue un problema. Todo estaba muy bien organizado y funcionando correctamente. Además, el propietario fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estadía, y tuvo el detalle de permitirnos hacer el check-in antes del horario previsto, algo que agradecimos mucho. En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Tout : la vue, les attentions de l hôte, maison typique de Mallorca, le calme, les baignades a proximité (prévoir des chaussures d eau), bar restaurant près du logement pratique quand tu arrives à 5, certains restaurants dans la ville historique, nous voulions être entre nous sans être baigné dans la foule touristique comme côté port d Alcudia, cet endroit est un bijou, il a répondu largement à nos attentes Rien

Un paraiso frente al mar para disfrutar!!!

La casa, típica del lugar, nos pareció encantadora, muy amplia y confortable, ideal para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Estaba provista de todo lo necesario y mas aun, impecable. Amabilísimo Joan en todo momento para responder a nuestras consultas y la propietaria, muy amable también, al extender la hora de nuestra salida. Aprovechamos las playas, calas y los lindisimos pueblos de la isla, pero disfrutamos mucho, al mismo tiempo, “volver a casa”. Desayunar en la terraza frente al mar y mirar el atardecer, dos lujazos que nos animan a volver!!! Todo espectacular! Nada desagradable.

La casa estilo mallorquín, la ubicación, la proximidad al mar y las vistas eran maravillosas. El avituallamiento de la casa nos facilitó mucho la estancia. La hora de salida a las 10:00 nos resultó un poco pronto.
