Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and one with 2 individual beds. Further more 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and 1 with a bath tub. Fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. We provide with bedlinen, towels, iron and hairdryer.



This apartment is available for short holiday lets, with a safe terrace perfect for families, romantic holidays, honeymooners and golfers, but also ideal for long winter stays as it's a quiet and well looked after community. There are very nice communal swimming pools, including a kids pool and private parking in the underground garage.





The train station in Carvajal is just a couple of minutes walk away and from here you have direct trains for example to the airport, Málaga city and the center of Fuengirola. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you also have the 7 km long beach promenade where you can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides all year round and along which you have a number of good restaurants and cafés to choose from.
