Apartment with terrace and pool views in the residential Gran Canet, located on the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer.
Would you like to enjoy a few days of sun? This tourist accommodation is perfect to enjoy one of the best beaches in our area.
Do you want to know more about this property? It is located in the Residential Gran Canet with more than 7,600 m2 of common areas and 800 m2 of swimming pools. It has landscaped areas, large swimming pool with beach type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gym, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.
The apartment has a large terrace to enjoy with family or friends. It also has 2 bedrooms,
one of them with access to the terrace, two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room, which gives access to the wonderful terrace.
The whole house has plenty of light and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.
In addition, the apartment is perfect if you travel with your pet, as the house is Pet Friendly and, very close, you will find a pet-friendly beach.

In the surrounding area, there is a big park with a playground for kids and landscaped gardens. Canet de Berenguer has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and shops with takeout.
During summer, Canet d'en Berenguer's beach offers a wide choice of activities for adults and children:fair, summer movie teather on the beach, sports activities, marketplace Wednesday and Sunday, etc.
The beach has been nominated by Antena 3 in 2018 as the best beach in Spain and is, for sure, one of the most prepared beaches in the Comunidad Valenciana: more than 2100 meters of fine soft sand, crystal clear water, safety and security, etc. In addition, this beach is totally adjusted for disabled people.
