Alternatively, only one building can be booked for 10 people, as well as weekend specials!

IMPORTANT-Short-term group stays are possible:
- for less than 5 nights there is a surcharge of 10% per night added.

- If you stay two nights, there is a surcharge of 25% per night added.

- A surcharge of 50% applies if you only stay for one night.

Early check in + late check out for groups are also possible, but on individual request. We charge 50% of the overnight price as a surcharge for this, because due to the cleaning logistics, no other group can leave or arrive on that day!

The deposit is due at the latest upon check-in and is paid by credit card or check! The deposited deposit is the basis for the check-in, as well as the specification of the personal data of the booking contractual partner.

Any damage to the inventory must be reported to us.

All necessary information and the house rules are handed over to the guest upon check-in.
For insurance reasons, a list of names including gender and age of all arrivals must be sent to us by e-mail at least one week before check-in, as well as the desired occupancy of the room including information on which room has single beds and which has double beds.

With check-out, a joint inspection of the rented rooms takes place.

The moving of furnishings is not permitted either in the buildings or in the garden areas!

The provision of equipment for babies and small children must be agreed separately at least four weeks before arrival and is subject to a surcharge!

Pets must be registered before departure. A one-off fee of EUR 60 per stay will be charged for each pet you bring with you.

For the additional use of firewood and lighters, a flat rate of EUR 15 must be paid per day of use.

Events are possible, but should be discussed in advance.

The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as two drying racks and laundry baskets can also be rented for a fee of EUR 20 per day. this rental is to be fixed with the travel booking.
