It's an ideal base for exploring the area.

The Space:
Inside this Pallanza apartment, there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed whilst the other has a double bed as well as a separate day bed allowing this second bedroom to sleep up to 3 people in total. It is a great room for those with children. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for larger groups that need additional space.

This Pallanza apartment also boasts a large living and dining room, enjoying terrific lake views. A separate kitchen also enjoys great views of the lake. Light floods in through the windows of both of these rooms. Finally, the property has a bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The original features of this Pallanza apartment (particularly the beautifully painted ceilings in the living area) are absolutely stunning and make it a special place to stay.

Guest Access:
The guests have sole use of the entire apartment.

Situated on the lakeside, this Pallanza apartment is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. There are also tennis courts and a swimming pool within easy walking distance. The boat terminal is also situated opposite the apartment, making it extremely convenient for guests to use the apartment as a base to visit all the other towns and villages on the lake using the public boat network that criss-crosses the lake all day long.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the property is unsuitable for those with young children. We would recommend it only for families with children aged 7 and over. Please also note that keys to the property are collected from a property in Lesa. Directions are provided to the key collection location where you will then be greeted and given directions to your holiday property. If you are coming by public transport, please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements to meet you at the apartment itself.

Interaction with Guests:
There is a local point of contact if guests should need anything during their stay, otherwise we leave our guests to enjoy their stay at the property in peace.
