Near a gorgeous blue-flag beach with golden sand. My home boasts an exquisite open-plan living and dining area with plenty of room and stylish wooden floors. Make yourself comfortable with the 3-seat sofa while catching up on your favourite shows, with an addition of a double sofa-bed being converted into an informal seating space. The well-stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need, including cookware, herbs and spices, and a dishwasher.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a deluxe double bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed that can easily be turned into two singles. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and anti-allergy bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are in a beautiful calming green, with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and the ensuite with a large free-standing shower.
Outside is a private courtyard with outdoor furniture and a super-handy outdoor tap and hose for washing off beach gear. Free parking and step-free access are provided, and you'll have access to 2x Smart TVs, free wifi, books, and games. (Please note the courtyard is accessed via a small pathway - it is not directly connected to the property.)
Accessed via a private (ground-floor) entrance using a secure lockbox. Guests will have access to the entire home!
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Very close to the beach and a range of informal restaurants. Just a 10-minute walk to the centre of Bournemouth and the Gardens.
This apartment is in a great location which is why it's so popular with guests. Please note that during the high season, there can sometimes be noise from other groups or holiday-makers on the road. However, the bedrooms are set back from the road and offer a cocoon from the world.
Bournemouth train station is a 10-minute cab ride (or a 30-minute walk).
Southampton Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
Please note that there is a security camera outside of the property.
BBQ is no longer available for use.
The house will have a Christmas tree for all bookings in December.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
