Das Sterling Reef liegt an der Front Beach Road, nur wenige Gehminuten von Shipwreck Island entfernt, einem Wasserpark, der sich ideal für die ganze Familie eignet. Mit mehreren Wasserrutschen, Pools und einem Lazy River ist Shipwreck Island eine großartige Möglichkeit, die Hitze zu überwinden.

NEUER KOMPLEX! Großer Balkon mit Blick auf das fabelhafte smaragdgrüne Wasser der Golfküste. Diese Ferienkondominium verfügt über zwei private Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und eine Glasschiebetür zum Balkon. Es hat einen Flachbildfernseher und King Size Bett. Hat auch ein eigenes Bad mit Garten Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Flachbildfernseher.

Dieser Komplex verfügt über einen saisonal beheizten Pool mit einem großen Grill. Beide befinden sich am Golf.

Great beach, great views, comfortable beds, sufficient kitchen accessories. We enjoyed the southern hospitality and the beach was amazing. Great for families.

Nice Peaceful Week At Sterling Reef

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

Great Location

We had a great time in PCB! The unit was nice and clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We loved that the beach was right there and all the stores were close by. We will definitely be returning!

Nice condo

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned yet by the housekeepers so our check in time was about a hour later than scheduled. It was nice and had a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was not enough space in the kitchen to put food. All cabinets had dishes in them. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Vacation

This vacation with family was awesome. The location and beach is great. The only thing I did not like was the condo cleanliness, it almost seemed like the cleaning crew left in the middle of there work. The floors were dirty , there was a cleaning rag left on the table, windows were not washed , there were some clothes left from other people on floor, and I had to wipe down end tables.

Very clean updated space. The view to the ocean can’t be beat. The only 1 complaint is that the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Outstanding beach

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was good. Great location. The condo was nice and very clean. Only issue we had was with the TVs; the one in the living area kept going in and out and the one in the bedroom could only get Prime and it would lose reception off and on.

Beach Vacation

Condo served the needs of our family of four. The view and the beach are very nice. However, prior reviews were correct. Sofa and mattresses were broken down, stained and need replaced. In addition, the condo had been poorly cleaned, if cleaned at all.

PCB-Sterling Reef 10th floor

Gorgeous views! Beautiful place and loved the balcony! Property was great! Would love to come back. Only confusion we have is the second bedroom shows and lists a separate queen bed from the bunk beds. Instead it was a queen/full on the bottom bunk with a twin on top and separate twin. We had two couples staying and the one couple had to sleep on the bottom bunk. We made it work. Overall, we would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really didn’t like going through VRBO to get to Emerald coast destinations rentals. But once I got to Emerald Coast Destination we had No problems at all. Easy check in. We had a great time great views, great room, The room was exceptionally cleaned and plenty of towels! We love the location. Parking is not that great, though. I will definitely rent from them again. Great seafood in the area.

Great location. Nice unit

I loved most of our stay. Would have been 5 stars except: Could not get the internet to work. Even after multiple emails to the unit managers. The dryer functions poorly ... when it works. Elevator broke one day...we had to use the stairs and the young man at the desk was not helpful.

We love this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo three years in a row and we love it. It is spacious and just a wonderful place. The past two years, room cleaning has kept us from checking in at 4. This year only 30 minutes. Last year and hour and a half. The master suite bed has went down hill this year so if you like soft beds, bring a mattress topper. Regardless of house keeping and the mattress, we will continue to stay here. It wasn’t as clean this year as it was last year though. I did some cleaning when we got in.

Expected some improvements

We stayed a second year in the row at this place. First year was clean and we did kind of look on all other stuff because they are old but been working. This year from beginning was dirty, dishwasher not working the whole time to wash dishes after 5 people is kind of not fun when you’re in vacation and on last day kids watching movie and tv shots down in the middle of movie and never went back. I think that place needs a little improvements to make people feel they are in vacation

Great stay but very dirty.

Check-in was quick and easy the condo was beautiful and the location was great. There are plenty of boogie boards for us to use and i also left a unicorn float for anyone else to enjoy! Make sure you bring extra trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap. There was 2 small coffee cups and 1 tall and 1 short drinking glass. Dishes in the cabinet were greasy and dirty. The pots and pans had old egg and pasta in them. The dishwasher had old food and noodles at the bottom. There was sand in the beds, and couches. I know we are at the beach but it was obviously not clean. We could not pull the fold out bed without dumping sand everywhere. The condo was great looking. I just wish there was pantry space but we made it work! We enjoyed our week there! I would definitely stay here again but i now know to come better prepared, and ready to clean before i unload ! .
