Fairfield is a stylish two bedroom holiday home. Located in the modern city of Salford, the property has a central location making it perfect for exploring the vibrant location and the rest of Greater Manchester. Fully refurbished to the highest standard, you can expect stunning interiors with premium furnishings. Sleeping up to 4 guests, Fairfield is ideal for romantic breaks, family holidays, getaways with friends, and business stays.

The Space:
The living area at Fairfield has a comfy sofa, matching armchair and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The ideal place to unwind, you can keep up with your favourite shows or relax with a good book.

Fairfield boasts a fully equipped kitchen so you can make the most of your self-catering stay.

You can enjoy your meals in the dining room or alfresco style in the summer months as outside you’ll find a sitting area and outdoor dining table.

The property has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast comfortable twin beds, plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep. There is also a neutral colour scheme in both rooms to create a truly tranquil feel.

The family bathroom is complete with a bathtub, separate shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available for two vehicles on the driveway at the side of the property.

With an abundance of arts, culture, sport, shopping, heritage, relaxation and impressive scenery, there’s enough to keep visitors entertained for a day, a weekend or longer.

Getting Around:
Salford is home to several Metrolink stations, offering easy access into Manchester city centre where you’ll find train routes to locations all across the UK including London, Leeds, York, Newcastle and Glasgow. A number of connecting routes can also be found from the multiple Manchester stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.

Manchester Airport is a short 20 minute drive away from Fairfield.
