Alexa units in all three bedrooms. Outside, there is a front terrace with gravel, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and summerhouse, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note: the number and type of stairs may make this property unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Due to the surrounding residential area, please respect our neighbours who are permanent residents and keep noise to a minimum during your stay.

The largest British fishing fleet, which regularly unloads its catch in Brixham Harbor, supplies the fish market, which in turn supplies some of the country's finest restaurants. With two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo, and numerous regattas and maritime events happening all year round, Brixham is the perfect destination for a classic vacation. A number of well-maintained bike paths, the South West Coastal Path, and some of the region's finest golf courses are all within easy reach.
