The building is split into three levels and features a ground-floor entry, a spacious living area, and a cosy loft bedroom. Enjoy sleek decor and a blend of historic architecture and modern design in Fontainhas.
The airy living space features a minimalist style, high ceilings, and a small lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dedicated coffee station, making light cooking a breeze. Outside, a private terrace with sun chairs awaits.
There are two beautifully-appointed bedrooms with queen beds and hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort. A glass partition separates the first bedroom, located across the living area. The second bedroom is in the loft, which overlooks the living room with a privacy curtain.
The apartment has two bathrooms with essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning and sanitation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Bonfim is in East Porto with central points such as the Church of The Lord of Bonfim, and Cemitério Prado do Repouso.
Bonfim is a quietly confident neighbourhood: it's not full of must-sees, but it's a sleepy, authentic part of Porto where locals have been living their whole lives. If you want to escape the expensive restaurants of varying quality in busy Baixa, head to Bonfim to eat at neighbourhood cafes and snack bars for a couple of Euros.
Porto is a compact city, and many areas can be easily explored on foot. But if you wish to take public transport, there are a variety of bus stops near my apartment.
The nearest train station, Heroísmo, is a 12-minute walk away.
Uber and Bolt are available in Porto, providing a convenient alternative to traditional taxis. Remember that peak hours or special events can cause surge pricing. Additionally, traditional taxis are readily available and can be hailed on the street or through a taxi stand.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20-25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. The airport is about 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) to the north of Porto, so you can expect a relatively short and convenient drive to reach your destination.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
