Quiet location but within walking distance of local shops and restaurants.

The Villa has a modern airy feel, with a private garden full of local flora and fauna, a private heated pool, BBQ, outside eating area and a stunning roof terrace.

Note that the pool is heated only between 1st October and 31st May. Over the summer months it is not necessary, but can be arranged at additional cost if required.

The outside eating area is connected to the kitchen, but also has a BBQ and prep area outside. So you can cook in or out, it’s up to you.

The roof terrace takes in sea views directly to Fuerteventura. The terrace has glass balustrade/guarding to the edges and a gate at the top of the staircase.

There are plenty of areas for shade where you can enjoy warmth without the sun, but equally plenty of places to sunbathe. All very private.

Flat screen TV with all UK TV channels, SKY movies, many sports channels and films. Also some German, French, and Italian TV channels.

All the windows have aluminium shutters with fly screens. These provide shade if kept closed, so the rooms are kept relatively cool day and night. Also they offer great added security.

There is a large safe and a hair dryer.

Our Villa Manager Andy is Spanish but speaks perfect English, as well as some French and German. Andy can provide help if needed.

The villa has many fixtures and furnishings, to make it a home from home, as we use it ourselves as a holiday home.

We are about 35 - 40 minutes from Arrecife Airport and a 15-20 minute walk from the coastline. Local Restaurants, Bars and Beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car. You can also walk to the shops/restaurants in about 20-30 minutes. Because the area is residential, the roads around the Villa and Bars are very quiet.

There is a half hourly bus service nearby which takes you to Playa Blanca, or the Taxis are very reasonable and are readily available. There is an English speaking operator for the service.

We use Cicar or Auto-Reisen at the Airport to hire a car. It’s useful to get one. Good prices, tidy cars, simple booking process and no elevated insurance costs.
