Comfortable apartment in the heart of Wolverhampton City Centre. The apartment is situated with all the amenities of the city on the doorstep. Within a short walking distance of the city centre, guests can see all that Wolverhampton has to offer from this colorful and modernized property.

PLEASE NOTE - The property currently does not have blinds installed. The apartment is located on the 4th floor so privacy is not an issue, but eye masks will be provided to block out day light.

The space
This beautiful apartment has been recently built and furnished to a high standard, with all the furnishings fixtures for a stay away from home.

The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine.

The bedroom features a double bed, desk/ dressing table, storage space.

The modern bathroom has full sized bath and shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.
Guest access
Access for guests is to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
