We take your health and security very seriously, so you can enjoy your vacation here carefree.

Capacity of the house is up to 5 adults and two children.


You'll love to stay in this comfortable house in the picturesque nature, 50m from the small mountain river and just 5 min walking to the river spring.

This location is ideal for relaxed vacation or retreat in the mountain nature, still close to the nearby city of Pljevlja which is 11 km away.

It's 55 m2 ground floor with 40 m2 gallery, accommodating up to 5 adults and 2 children.

You'll have exclusive access to the house and large 5000 m2 garden with table and chairs.

We also provide outside grill and hanging fire pot to use in the garden.

It's ideal for a family or friends vacation who like being in the nature.

Ground floor of the house consists of a living and dining room and kitchen.

On the ground floor is one bed 120 cm wide and one sofa bed for two people.

Gallery is used as a bedroom with one comfortable double bed 180 cm wide, second double bed 140 cm wide and two sofas 120 cm wide, so there are lot of sleeping options.

Kitchen is well equipped with an oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

High speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board are provided too.

Baby cot and baby high chair can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.

All this makes this house an ideal choice for your vacation to fully experience in this beautiful mountain region of Montenegro.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside in the yard of the house.

Check in time is after 15h (3 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything and leave the house tidy as you found it.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the house and the garden.

We provide three free parking spots next to the house.

This is truly an awesome location right next to the small mountain river and its spring!

Nearby city of Pljevlja is 11 km from the house.


**** Getting around:

Local bus station is just 200m away.

Coming with car is recommended.
