Bluebell Cottage is located in the picturesque and sought after village of Burnham Market. This cute cottage sleeps three over two rooms and itâs just a short stroll from the village green.
This cottage is an ideal retreat with the boutique shops of Burnham Market just yards away. Within a ten minute drive you can access wonderful beaches at Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and the historic town of Wells-next-the-Sea. The property has a very comfortable living area with wood burner alongside a well equipped kitchen and beautiful south facing, private courtyard.
Ground Floor
Walk into a cosy Sitting Room with a feature fire place with wood burning stove and beautiful wooden floor. There is comfortable seating for 5 on 2 sofas and an arm chair. The room also features a TV and DVD player as well as a small selection of books.
From the Sitting Room, walk into the open plan Kitchen and Dining Area which benefits from beautiful pamment tiles. The Dining table can seat 4 comfortably. There is also a large dresser containing crockery.
The well equipped kitchen is at the very rear of the cottage and features an electric oven/hob, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are views of the private courtyard also with a back door leading outside.
First Floor
Walk up the wooden staircase on the landing where you will find Bedroom 1 at the front of the cottage. This room features a double bed, wardrobe storage as well as an alcove featuring a permanent wooden cot. There is also a beautiful wooden beam in the ceiling to ensure the history of the cottage is never lost!
Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the property with views over the courtyard and features a single bed and a chest of drawers.
The Family Bathroom features a shower over the bath, WC and washbasin.
Outside
An attractive south facing Courtyard with comfortable seating. Further into the courtyard is a table with chairs, perfect for al fresco dining in a well looked after, pretty and private sun trap!
