CASA DEI MELOGRANI at Vourlidia Leros

Casa dei Melograni is a magnificent cycladic house in Vourlidia Leros in an atmosphere of great tranquility, with no noise but only nature: little goats, birds, cicadas and the sea. The view is absolutely astonishing and incomparable, while directly overlooking the Aegean sea, the Castro and the village of Pandeli, the island of Agia Kyriaki and, on the horizon, the coast of Turkey. It is located outside the built-up area, but within easy reach of all services: shops, pharmacies, restaurants, hospital, harbor and airport.
From the beautiful garden with outside kitchen there's a short trail, which leads to a small beach, quiet and little frequented by tourists.
The house is semi-detached and has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, with a fireplace, which overlooks the large terrace facing the sea and the olive grove below, a large kitchen area, a large pantry carved into the rock, and a bathroom with shower.
A spacious kitchen has also been set up outside, with a sink, electric cooker and a large dining table that can seat up to 12 people.
A convenient internal staircase leads to the upper floor, with three bedrooms: one double, one convertible (double or twin), one twin, and a large bathroom with shower. Another magnificent terrace overlooks the lush garden, which surrounds the house, and the sea.
The house is equipped with all conveniences: washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, iron with boiler, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower.
The furnishing style is simple, but charming, well-kept and personalized. In every corner you can breathe the atmosphere of a country house, built with love and a search for beauty.
