Dear Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations and that there were multiple issues that caused frustration, especially during such an important celebration. I want to sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the heating. It’s absolutely unacceptable for guests to arrive to a cold home, especially when there’s a young baby involved, and I can understand how distressing this must have been. We will review our heating procedures to ensure that it is properly set before each arrival, particularly during the colder months, and we’ll make sure the instructions for adjusting the system are clearer for future guests. Regarding the pool, I’m sorry to hear that it wasn’t heated to the level you expected. We will take a look at the pool heating system to ensure it’s functioning as it should, so future guests are not disappointed. I also regret that the cooking facilities weren’t sufficient for your needs. We will review the kitchen equipment to ensure there are enough large pans and other essential items for larger groups. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve the experience for all guests. I understand how frustrating these issues were, and I’m very sorry that it impacted your 40th and your sister’s 50th celebration.
