The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with single and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Treetops on the Fallbarrow Holiday Park is a delightful base from which to explore the surroundings of Cumbria. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Both towns offer a variety of services, businesses, and dining options to suit every preference, with the addition of a boat journey to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium, and Beatrix Potter's "Hill Top House" at Sawrey in Ambleside. The nearby Grizedale Forest Park offers a variety of activities, such as several pleasant hikes, mountain biking, and the "Go Ape" adventure park. For those who prefer an adventure-filled trip, the area also has a lot of National Trust estates and a range of water sports. The "World of Beatrix Potter" in Bowness will be fun for kids to visit, and other towns like Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick, and the Lakeland Mountains are also easily accessible.
