This traditional detached stone cottage is set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.
Located in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. The cottage is perfectly located to explore all that Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

This beautiful, charming cottage is full of character, original features and has been lovingly renovated and refurbished to a truly high standard. The interior furnishing and décor are tasteful and add to the charm of the cottage.
Living room: Cosy and full of character, large inglenook fireplace with multi fuel burner, 2 sofas, 42” smart tv, blu ray DVD player, board games, books.
Bathroom: large bathroom, roll top bath, rainfall shower, heated towel rail, toiletries provided.
Kitchen: Specious kitchen with a 3 oven Rangemaster cooker with induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Lavazza coffee machine.
Dining room: Large wooden table, seating for 6 people.

Bedroom 2: Small double, best suited for 1 person but can sleep 2.
Outdoor space: Stunning landscaped garden with views of the winding river. Towering oak trees provide shade in the south facing garden. The garden has benches dotted around to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Each cottage benefits from allocated parking for 1 vehicle each.
Any additional vehicles can be parked approx. 100m from the site across the road.
Location:
A 5 minutes’ drive to the former slate capital of the world - Blaenau Ffestiniog. Here you will find small supermarkets, restaurant and pubs. The adventure hub of Snowdonia - tourist attractions including Zip Wire, Llechwedd, Bounce below, mountain walks and bike trails.
Larger town of Porthmadog is 7 miles away. Here you will find large supermarkets and plenty of cafes and restaurants.
Famous Italian style village of Portmeirion is 7 miles away.
Tourist hot spot of Betws y Coed is 13 miles away (20 minutes by car).
Mount Snowdon in approx 15 miles away (30 minute by car)
Short drive away to the beautiful beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.
