The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an elegant building, with lift, in the Loreto area of ​​Milan.

The space consists of an entrance hall, large living area with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and TV.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for free use by the guest.

The entrance to the first bedroom overlooks the living room, with a foldaway double bed, which can be converted into a desk for a work/study station.

On the corridor going back towards the entrance there is a large newly renovated bathroom with a beautiful marble shower.

Continuing on the corridor the master bedroom with double bed, small balcony and walk-in closet.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi and Air Conditioning.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
