A veranda leads to the interiors: there is a living room with open kitchen, a small hallway leading to the sleeping area made up of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 service bathroom without shower. The house is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, barbecue, washing machine, hairdryer, TV, iron and ironing board, wi-fi.
The price includes water and gas consumption. Electricity included up to 80 KW, surplus to be paid at a cost of €0.50/KW/H.
