Travel CotsA travel cot can be requested as part of your booking. Please be aware of the following:• Bedding is not provided.• The mattresses supplied are folding, thin and firm, as provided by the manufacturer.• You must follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.• Do not use an additional mattress or padded bedding, such as pillows or quilts.• Please bring your own suitable bedding, such as an infant sleeping bag.• Contact reception on 01726 860 415 for mattress dimensions if required.• Travel cots may not fit in the double/master bedrooms of some accommodation units. PetsPlease ensure that your pet is included on your booking.If your pet has not been included, Darwin Escapes may relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, subject to availability, or refuse access to the resort. You may also be responsible for any charges incurred.

Resort FacilitiesPiran Meadows’ facilities have a maximum capacity, so access may be limited at certain times of the day.The swimming pool and Go Active activities will be closed on Mondays from 28 September 2026 to 8 February 2027, apart from the school holidays, when they'll run as normal on Monday 26 October, Monday 21 December and Monday 28 December. Normal Monday opening returns from 15 February 2027.Pre-booking is essential for restaurant dining and activities. Please contact the resort on 01726 860 415 and choose the relevant department to make a booking.

Group Bookings / Party TypesA security deposit may be requested upon arrival.

Work PartiesWork vehicles and workwear are not permitted on site.Unauthorised work parties will not be permitted to stay at the resort.

Electric Vehicle ChargingPlease note: Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from being charged using the electricity supply provided by the accommodation.Guests must not use the accommodation’s electricity, sockets or other power supplies to charge an electric vehicle.

There will be no go active activities on the 27th of March 2020.

Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00 although you are welcome to arrive earlier. If you have booked a Padstow Elegance Lodge (LP9718) you can check-in from 14:00. If you are likely to arrive outside of normal work hours, to make your check in as smooth, quick and easy as possible, we’d like to request you call ahead for specific arrival information in advance. Please contact the resort reception on 01726 860 415.

Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. IMPORTANT TRAVEL COT INFORMATION Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01726 860 415 for more information if a cot is needed.

Hot Tubs in Premier Accommodation: Please be aware the hot tub may not be up to temperature when you first arrive due to water change and maintenance.

Departure Information: Please ensure you leave the accommodation by 09:00am on your day of departure.

Pets: Please note, if you are planning on bringing your pet or animal on holiday, this must be included in your party make up when booking. If you arrive on holiday with an undeclared pet/animal, the park operators are entitled to either relocate you to suitable pet/animal-friendly accommodation (if available) or refuse access to the Park. You may also be liable for any Pet charge, cleaning costs and/or relocation costs incurred. Please check with the retreat prior to including any extra pets. Any pets arriving undeclared could be asked to leave the retreat if there is no pet accommodation available.

Group Bookings/Party Types: No Work vehicles or Workwear will be permitted on site. Un-authorised Work Parties will not be allowed to stay. A security deposit may be requested on arrival. Group bookings are not permitted on-site in December unless pre-approved by the park.

In line with government guidance and to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay all leisure facilities, restaurants and bars are currently closed to guests. A takeaway and delivery service will be available from restaurants and bistros.

Please note - Piran Meadows Resort have a scheduled power outage on the 28th June 2022 for approx. 1hr between 8am - 10am. We apologies for any inconvenience this may caused.

Piran Meadows Resort have been informed by the National Grid that they have a planned power cut which will affect Piran Meadows resort. The works will take place on Friday 2nd December 2022 between 16:00– 18:00. Due to this, alternative arrival times are as per the below - Check in between 14:00- 16:00pm or from 18:00pm onwards. Please note the power will be off from 16:00-18:00pm.
