Diese schöne Eigentumswohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern ist an der Anchorage II, die eine Eigentumswohnung Eigentumswohnung direkt am Meer ist, bestehend aus zwei und drei Schlafzimmern Luxus in Privatbesitz Einheiten. Diese Einheit ist zweistöckig, 3 Schlafzimmer, mit zwei Balkonen mit herrlichem Meerblick. Neu renoviert mit neuen Böden, Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer und einer offenen Küche. Das Anchorage II befindet sich im prestigeträchtigen Ocean Forest-Viertel von Myrtle Beach, neben gehobenen Häusern und in einer ruhigen Gegend am Strand.
Anchorage II ist ein dreistöckiger Komplex mit Aufzügen und Treppen für einfachen Zugang zu Eigentumswohnungen. Es gibt einen zentralen Süßwasserpool und eine Liegewiese, umgeben von tropischer Landschaft und mit bequemen Parkplätzen im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt auch einen Grillbereich im Freien. Vor Anchorage liegt der beliebte Myrtle Beach Trail direkt am North Ocean Boulevard entlang, mit Wander- / Running- / Radweg mit Fitness-Stationen auf dem Weg. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz 200 Meter von der Wohnung am Meer.
Diese Einheit verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Flachbild-TV in jedem Zimmer, Kabel-TV, kostenloses WLAN, 3 Schlafzimmer, die mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Queen-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten zusammengestellt sind.

Wonderful location

This condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. The access to the pool and beach provided hours of enjoyment, and no issues with parking. The condo is stocked with bedding and towels, and it was very convenient to cook in a well organized kitchen. It is located in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach, but centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this place for an enjoyable beach vacation.

We usually stay at a different condo but have outgrown it, so we needed something larger. This place was the perfect size. It was updated and clean. The neighbors were quiet. Having laundry capabilities was also a huge bonus.The only thing is that it wasn't as well stocked as we're used to. So make sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent, foil/saran wrap, extra toilet paper, etc. Overall, it was great and we would come back!

Fantastic condo in a great location

My family and I stayed here for a week and we had a great time. The condo was very well updated and clean and it was close enough to all the major attractions but far enough away from the crowds of the main beach strip. The beach connected to the condo was also specifically for condo patrons so that made the beach less busy and more enjoyable. The host was quick to communicate with us and answer any questions we may have had. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and I would recommend it to anyone with kids/ looking for a great Myrtle Beach experience.

Couldn’t have been better!!

We loved the stay at the condo. Beach and beach access was great. Parking was simple and convenient. The complex is small with few renters/residents, which was a good thing for us. It was so quiet and clean. Pool was great, water a touch cold, but overall 5’s across the board. Owner couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. Condo was equipped with everything you’d want or need.

Nice family friendly getaway

This was a great property for our family. We loved that the beach was right across the street. With 4 young kids, it was easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. The pool was a nice size and not crowded. The onlything I would note is that I would bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had some but they are old and rusted out. They did have a few boogie boards that our kids had a blast with. Overall this was a great stay for our family and we would definitely book again!

Place was nicely decorated and was near everything we wanted. Cleaning service seemed to have missed mopping the floor as when we first got there the floor was nasty and not just sand from the beach. Master bedroom TV didn't work but we were not there to watch TV so that didn't matter. Overall, I'd love to own a place like this and would stay again if available.

Highly Recommend!

Great property with a beach view. Perfect family vacation with the unit being next to the elevator to bring items up easily. Property has carts to make loading/unloading a breeze. Unit has everything you need for the week. The location can’t be better. At the beach in under 5 mins and minutes away from all the attractions. Pool is great too. Heather was super helpful. Will definitely want this same unit if we go back to Myrtle Beach.

I've stayed at the anchorage before and the location and the sire in general is terrific. The unit I stayed in this time was PERFECT! The owner was in contact with and answered all questions. Clean and cute! Had everything we needed - blow dryer, iron & board, washer & dryer. Just perfect! My husband and I were treating my mom & step mom for Mother's Day as our son was graduating - each had their own room... Just a perfect vacation. thanks to Vrbo and our host Heather.

Location is good and place is very nice and clean overall. Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review. We were charged $250 For damage we did not do to one chair. It was odd they emailed us an hour after checkout after finding a new set online. Said they needed to replace whole set and that’s why it was so expensive. It was like they had this planned this in advance and were ready to charge the next group that rented. It was very unfair. We noticed it at the beginning of the stay but it was very minor and did not effect us so we did not report to owner at beginning of stay. I would highly recommend you take pictures of all the problems in advance so you do not get charged like we did after the fact. For example the whole in the master bedroom wall, dirty towels and shower liner-take pics and send. Also, the broken lock on storage bin. I would hate for them to take $ from future people for problems that already existed pre-arrival.

This renter slanderously accuses us of pre- planning to charge him to replace brand new furniture. This simply is not the case. We had just completed a $30 000 update to our condo 2 weeks prior to this renters arrival. Not only did the cleaning crew fully inspect the condo prior to this renters arrival, but we were personally at the condo 2 hours before this renter arrived and also did our own walk thru inspection. We use the same cleaning crew between every renter and they have a detailed checklist to make sure that the condo is in perfect condition for every new renter. We were notified about the broken (BRAND NEW) chair as soon as the cleaning crew arrived, and immediately notified the renter about the damage and that he would be accountable for the replacement chair (that only comes in sets of 2). We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and facilities that we provide at our condo and always strive to ensure that our renters have the best vacation possible. As we do with all of our renters, we did a mid-week check-in and this renter reported that everything was great.
