Jillian, I am sorry whatever it was set off your allergies..The perplexing thing is the people before and after both had zero issues (as I have spoken with them) with whatever was in the air..Now what I did offer you was a second unit which at the time you went over and checked it out and said it was fine, but then simply did not stay there. and said you had simply left. And on top of that I offered to have you come back at a later date to get value for the money you spent. So, I think you are an honest person and I believe your reaction was your reaction but when we are not the "guilty" party it is hard to take a financial hit over something which is not "wrong" and when we offered a different unit that initally you told me was okay AND then also offered a stay at a later date to give you value for your rental dollars essentially having one unit used twice for the same money. we felt we had tried to do the right thing by you. Anyway, I am glad your other stay gave you no breathing/allergy issues and wish you the best in the future.
