Great location

Everything was great! Cleanliness, layout, decor was all very nice. Location was great, short walk to the beach and restaurants very close by. The only issue we had was our jacuzzi didn’t work. The water didn’t heat up, basically circulated cold water lol. Besides that excellent stay 😊.

Avoid Xeliter Rental and This Property – Terrible Experience and Mismanagement

We booked a six-night stay through VRBO with Xeliter Rental, carefully following all their rules and confirming our reservation a week before. Upon arrival, the property manager claimed there was a “problem” with our reservation, and we only had the property for three nights. Xeliter couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything to resolve the issue, forcing us to scramble for accommodations during a holiday. They refunded the difference, but their cold, unhelpful attitude left us feeling abandoned. The property manager even blamed us for booking through VRBO instead of directly with them, which felt like a bait-and-switch. We strongly suspect they gave our rental to someone else for a higher rate, given the timing and lack of communication.To make matters worse, one of the key selling points of the rental—a private jacuzzi hot tub—was unusable due to ongoing construction. The patio was covered in tarps, tiles, and debris. When we informed Xeliter, they deflected blame onto the property manager and offered no resolution, claiming their only concern was that we had “a place to stay.”This experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable with proper communication and accountability. We will NEVER book through Xeliter again and strongly advise others to avoid them. If you value reliability and customer service, look elsewhere.
