This exclusive 80 sq. mt. Villa is made of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a nice kitchen, a patio with a comfortable table and chairs, and a completely furnished terrace. Among the amenities of the Villa there is a much appreciated external shower, placed in a back area of the sorrounding terrace, very useful in the summer, as well as a solarium, furnished with chaise longues. The fresh influence of the evergreen trees rounding the property makes this Villa a comfortable and quiet spot for everyone who needs to spend some time relaxing and enjyoing the wonderful nature of this exclusive part of the island. Guests will have accesso to the garden all around the Villa and to one parking space in the common park. The maximum number allowed in the house is of 6 guests. Please note that on the Island of Ischia cars of residents from the Campania Region of Italy are not allowed to land or transit, form April to October each year. Punta Caruso is the most exclusive residential area of the island; it is just a few steps far from the world prized "La Mortella Garden", one of the top private garden of the world, as well as form a number of thermae and spas and from the wonderful San Francesco Bay, in which gusts may enjoy lovely restaurants, pubs and beaches. The public transport system of the island allows to easily reach the Punta Caruso area (San Francesco Bay stop); in the whereabouts guests may find many car /scooter rentals. Subject to request by the guests, the Villa will be provided with air conditioning at an additional cost of €25 per day.. Bed linen , sheets and towels are included in the cost for the first week of the stay; each 7 days of stay an additional cost of € 60.00 per change of bed linens, towels and sheets will be applied.
