Il Nido di Nena is a nice apartment located in Marina di Novaglie, a small village overlooking the Adriatic Sea, in Southern Salento about 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests (extra bed available), it is the right house for those who want stay near the sea and for trekking lovers (many hiking trails nearby).

Having an air conditioning (hot/cold), and wi-fi internet connection, the house is also suitable for the winter months and for remote working.


THE LOCATION

Il Nido di Nena is located in the south of Salento region, in Marina di Novaglie, a small pearl set among the rocks of the Adriatic coast with breathtaking views and stunning landscapes, full of sea caves.

The position of the apartment will allow you to reach the sea on foot, where you can find also a pizzeria, cafè, restaurants, and a small grocery store).

Furthermore, less than 4 km by car it is possible to reach Corsano, equipped with the main services (pharmacy, tobacco shop, market, bank, petrol station, sports facilities, etc.).

Il Nido di Nena is part of a small building complex, but the described outdoor spaces are for private and exclusive use. The only shared space is the main entrance.


THE HOUSE

The Nido di Nena is about 100 square meters, including the equipped outdoor space.

The house, of about 70 square meters, is composed of:

- a large living room with an equipped kitchen, extra bed and a TV (satellite);
- two modern bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower box and laundry corner with washing machine.

OUTDOOR AREA

Il Nido di Nena has two outdoor spaces.

Near the main entrance there is a private patio, furnished with seats, sofa and sunbeds, the ideal place for relaxing and organizing tasty barbecues.

Furthermore, the house has a well-furnished covered veranda with table and chairs, where you can have meals.

Il Nido di Nena is well served by free public parking, outside the house and also at less than 100 meters (larger).

Marina di Novaglie, with its clear waters and low cliffs, is a perfect destination for scuba and fishing lovers.

This enchanting glimpse of the sea, and the surrounding area, also offer the possibility of practicing various interesting activities:

for lovers of trekking and walks in contact with nature, you can find various nature trails such as the ancient "Tratturi" or "Vie del Sale", ancient rural paths that were also used for smuggling of salt and which connect the hinterland to the sea in several points; and the evocative "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" (link) overlooking the sea that connects Marina di Novaglie to Ponte Ciolo;

At about 9 km from the house you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca, with its beautiful nineteenth-century villas, the monumental waterfall, the Basilica sanctuary of Finibus Terrae with its lighthouse, the promenade, the restaurants, the beach, etc.

Finally, from Marina di Novaglie is easy to reach the Maldives of Salento, on the ionian coast.
